Implementation of fresh, current concepts for this Senior Living client provides remarkable first impressions to give them a competitive edge in their marketplace. Phase I of the project includes a new exterior entry feature for the 167 bed skilled nursing facility. Conceptual designs include a welcoming and calming lobby, vibrant multi-purpose spaces, a expanded Rehab Center, and updates to all public circulation spaces. The facility includes Rehab suites within a senior care community providing short and long term care.
