Ai’s Retail Studio designed a new collision repair center for our client with the goal of an “unmatched Five Star customer experience”. Our architects used a superior exterior panel system and branding elements to give this location an upscale look to attract prominent clientele. The site is organized to achieve maximum efficiency and safety for both patrons and the flow of vehicles receiving service and is landscaped with native variety of plantings that will both buffer and visually accent the built environment. Exterior design concepts utilize linear massing elements to highlight the main entry and drive-through estimation bays with clean, geometric features which delineate the front and side building facades and provide a striking appeal from the frontage roads.

A spacious lobby with a custom reception desk and expansive use of glass welcomes patrons into a professional and high tech environment. With extensive equipment coordination and planning, our designers assured a safe yet dynamic work environment for the professional staff. Features include latest technologies in automotive paint equipment, an in-house insurance claims department, custom casework, and private offices.
