Police Station Feasibility Studies
Our municipal design team conducts comprehensive in-depth feasibility studies for expansions or relocation of City Municipal Facilities. Recent clients include the Police Departments in the City of Berkeley, the City of Olivette, the City of Byrnes Mill, and the City of Troy, Missouri. Evaluations focus on viable re-use and re-build scenarios concentrating on programming current and future departmental needs. Investigation includes existing building analysis, expansion capabilities, and surveying existing electrical, mechanical, and technological systems current capabilities and upgrade potentials. Our team can research and rank potential sites throughout the community as an effort to improve response time and make the police department a more integral part of the city. Our findings and recommendations are compiled in a comprehensive, easily understandable report presented to the city and police department. This document includes our process, final design concepts, cost and benefit analysis, and other pertinent design data supporting various re-use and re-build options empowering the city and police leadership with the knowledge and documentation necessary to determine their next course of action.
