Creve Coeur Fire House No. 2
Archimages has extensive experience with municipal/public safety facilities, and we understand the specific challenges of working with civic leadership, maintaining budgets, and managing rigid schedules. The design for this new, two-story, replacement fire station included multiple drive-thru apparatus bays, living quarters with nine bunkrooms, equipment and locker rooms, administration spaces, and training facilities. One unique complexity of this multi-phased project was maintaining an operational station throughout the construction process. Using state-of-the-art design and construction techniques, our team collaborated with a construction manager from schematic design, programming, and cost estimating, thru Construction Administration.
