City of Dardenne Prairie New Athletic Complex

Archimages provided planning, design, and construction administration for renovation of existing ballfields into a new athletic complex. The City purchased adjacent land to existing ballfields to create a new 6.5 acre athletic complex. Project scope included the demolition of existing ballfields and a maintenance building. The new complex features three baseball/softball fields, six dugouts, backstops, four pickleball courts; LED lighting; enlarged and paved parking area; public restroom building (1,324 SF); and maintenance building including two-bays, shop, office, and storage (3,840 SF). In total, the Dardenne Prairie Athletic Complex will serve more than 140 teams and nearly 2,000 local athletes.
