Byrnes Mill Municipal Center

The new Municipal Center was designed to address the growing needs of the community while providing excellent economic value. Situated on a four-acre property, the project was developed with a clear-cut strategy of building a conservative initial space program with master planned opportunities for future expansion. To enhance the return on investment to the community, spaces were designed to maximize staff efficiency and citizen convenience while incorporating sustainable energy strategies. This welcoming, low maintenance facility includes elevated security measures, technology integration, and its residential style blends seamlessly with adjacent properties. Program elements included Courts, Council Chambers, Administration offices, and Police Department functions.
