Design goals for this corporate client encompassed a complete “refresh” of public circulation spaces in their Class A office building. With a limited budget, our experienced interior designers modernized the main lobby with beautiful, classic elements and luxury materials that make an amazing first impression. The inviting lounge area is configured for work or relaxation and includes custom upholstered seating groups with varying height quartz top tables. A new sliding glass wall system creates a sense of openness at the secure entry to the updated Sundry Shop, and the new adjacent property manager’s office is now a fully-furnished enhanced work environment. The primary entry corridor has an art-gallery-style display including custom lighting and custom canvas art pieces. New materials included flooring, custom cabinetry, lighting Phased improvements include a new concierge desk and digital building directory.
