Keane Insurance Corporate Headquarters
A new two-story office building with finished lower level maximized the building's footprint while maintaining efficient site circulation patterns and ample parking. The urban site posed several challenges due to its small size and the close proximity of adjacent buildings. The flexible design of this successful work environment provided spacious new offices, corporate boardroom, efficient work stations, and numerous collaboration areas. The brick and stone exterior conveys a prominent company image to the surrounding community.
