Our Corporate Studio assisted our client with prioritizing a series of building improvements to their Class A office building. Design goals included a complete “refresh” of the main lobby space, new office for the property manager, a more inviting Sundry Shop, and corridor and elevator lobby upgrades. With a limited budget, we modernized the space with classic design elements and luxury materials that make an amazing first impression. New sliding glass double doors create a sense of openness at the secure entry to the Sundry Shop. An inviting lounge area with gracious natural light welcomes guests with a variety of seating options for work or relaxation. Renovations included new flooring, custom cabinetry, and upgraded lighting. Phased improvements include a new concierge desk and digital building directory.
