The contemporary new aircraft hangar with adjoining offices was designed for Aero Charter, a private St. Louis based aviation company. The new aircraft hangar houses private planes with appropriate support facilities and administrative spaces including private offices, a Crew Lounge, internet café, and break room. Conference facilities are equipped with AV technology and secure storage. The scope of work included expansion of concrete aprons and parking to accommodate the expanding business.
